– Turn off water and gas inlets
– Close shutters and turn on alarm system
– Turn off household appliances and heating/air conditioning
– Manage the cleaning of the property, put the bins out
– Laundry service for your clothes, bed linens and towels (washing, ironing)
– Store outdoor furniture, manage Jacuzzi / pool winterizing and maintenance.
The house will be put on hold, according to your instructions: there will be nothing left to do!
